Reconstructive Procedures.
• 14 Males - 43 Females
• 23/57 had original pouch at another
center.
• All patients underwent combined
abdominal and perineal approach,
takedown of pouch from original IAA and reconstruction with same (70%) or 2nd (30%) pouch,
using a handsewn
technique.
• All had a defunctioning ileostomy.
