סיקור כנס הצגת נתוני אקסיס 2008 מה- 19/12/08
הסיקור בחסות
השנה, בזכות העובדה שהסקר נערך בשיטה אלקטרונית, ניתן
היה לבצע את סיכום וניתוח הנתונים מוקדם מהרגיל.
בדברי הפתיחה וגם בפאנל הדגישו הדוברים את חשיבותו
הרבה של ה-ACSIS ככלי בקרה, ניהול ומידע מוביל של האיגוד הקרדיולוגי
והצוות הקרדיולוגי. הודגש שיש להמשיך בפרוייקט חשוב זה גם בעתיד.
כמה נקודות מעניינות שעלו בפאנל:

פרופ' לוטן ואחרים בפאנל הדגישו את החשיבות של ה-Bypass שנעשה בחלק מבתי החולים לפיהם רכבי הפינוי של מד"א וטיפולי נמרץ לב מובילים את החולים ישירות לחדר הצינתורים, דבר שתורם לקיצור הזמן עד לתחילת טיפול

הודגש הצורך לבצע שיפורים באותן מחלקות הנמצאות בקצה הגרף עם ביצועים נמוכים משמעותית מהממוצע והחציון בכל מה שקשור לזמנים, טיפול תרופתי ועוד, כפעילות שתביא לשיפור התוצאות הכלליות. עם זאת נראה שההצעה לחשוף את המידע הנוגע למחלקות העלתה חשש לגבי היכולת להמשיך לקיים את הסקר.

מבחינת איסוף מידע הוסכם כי יש מקום להרחיב את מדגם האקסיס גם למחלקות פנימיות, וכן להעמיק המידע הקיים בחדר הצינתורים (פרופ' קורנובסקי היו"ר הנבחר של החוג הודיע שהוא "מרים את הכפפה" לקראת האקסיס הבא מבחינת איסוף המידע לסקר כך שניתן יהיה ליצור את ACSIS-PCI ).

פרופ' צבעוני טען שזמן של שעתיים עד הגעה מעיד על כשלון בחינוך הציבור בזיהוי התסמינים והגעה מהירה עם אמבולנס לבי"ח ,ולדעתו על האיגוד להשקיע מאמצים מוגברים בהמשך ההדרכה של הציבור באמצעי התקשורת. הודגש גם הצורך להעמיק ההדרכה בקרב רופאי משפחה שאליהם מגיעים מס' לא מבוטל של מטופלים המחייבים פינוי מיידי למיון ושבחלק מהמקרים מעוכבים שלא לצורך.

הועלתה ההצעה לכלול בנתוני האקסיס גם את נתוני החולים שאינם מגיעים לבית החולים בגלל מוות לבבי פתאומי
-
הוזכר בדיון שבאוטם מסוג NSTEMI אין צורך למהר מייד לחדר צינתורים
דיון נוסף במימצאי ה-ACSIS יתקיים בכנס השנתי של האיגוד
הקרדיולוגי וגם דיון זה מתוכנן להיות מוצג באתר האקסיס, כמו גם חוברת
הנתונים המלאה של הסקר.
