The Freedom Solo is a truly stentless valve with no fabric reinforcement.
Made of two pericardial sheets, the valve is detoxified and does not require rinsing prior to implant.
It has been designed for supra – annular seating with one – suture line (outflow only)
Resulting in:

• Reduced implant and cross clamp time (safely implanted in 20 minutes)
  
  
• Maximization of the blood flow
  
  
• 100% orifice – to – annulus ratio
  

The Freedom Solo anticipates the recently released ISO 5840, which requires that the labeled valve size of all supra-annular models must correspond to the “valve internal diameter”
